We have exciting news to share — Our girl Tracy Tanguay, aka "MobilityChick," just announced a powerhouse partnership with the German National Baseball Team! Known for her game-changing approach to biomechanics, mobility, and elite performance, Tracy is taking her skills international. She’s heading to Europe this offseason to join Head Coach Jendrick Speer and the German team, working directly with athletes to level up their mobility, strength, and endurance as they get ready for the World Baseball Classic Qualifiers.

With experience across 27 MLB organizations, Tracy is ready to bring her A-game to the German team’s training camp, where her impact will be felt from day one. Her training expertise will help these athletes hit peak performance while staying injury-free, setting them up for major wins on the field. “I am honored to work with Coach Speer and the German National team,” Tracy shared. “This camp lets me connect with the players in person before our virtual sessions begin this winter. I’m excited to team up with their staff and athletes on this journey to success!”

And that’s not all—Tracy is also kicking off her 12-week Offseason Mobility Series on November 4th, crafted specifically for elite athletes aiming to dominate the next season. This series covers it all: mobility, strength, injury prevention, and so much more. And Tracy’s results speak for themselves: 87% of her athletes from the 2021 series spent zero days on the injured list, pitchers saw a 69% jump in strikeouts, and hitters hit 80% more home runs!
